Milky Oats Tincture 2oz

This is my go-to plant ally for nourishing the nervous system. Especially for a nervous system that is feeling over-worked, frazzled, scattered, overwhelmed.

I harvested them at a local organic farm (63rd St.) at their peak, when you can squeeze out an actual milky substance. The humble Oat plant has so much medicine to share. It is best taken with consistency.
