Benoit ended up coming for a Sacred Rest retreat this past winter. He is such a genuine and kind soul, always curious and asking interesting questions...hence his love for podcasts.
The illusion of choice pertains to what the Taoists refer to as 'the way'. Surrendering to the natural current of life is a big part of the sacred rest philosophy, where we can release control and simply 'rest' and soften into this divine unfolding.
I speak a little about my own healing journey and how that led to sharing Sacred Rest. We discussed other things like how to find the best quality water and tap into the endless magic and mystery of it, along with connecting deeper to plants through living in reciprocity.
